Euroshop 2020: customer emotions to be the focus of the Cefla stand

Modular, personalised solutions will be at the heart of the Cefla range on show at Euroshop 2020, providing visitors with an exciting purchasing experience.

Euroshop - the world's number one retail trade fair, to be held from 16 to 20 February 2020 in Düsseldorf, Germany - is the perfect showcase for all the latest from Cefla Shopfitting.

In a space of over 500 m2 (stand C17, Hall 12), the Retail Design team have meticulously created seven sales areas based on the “You make me feel” concept. The aim? To maximise personalisation of the customer experience. The recreated sales departments - all of which feature outstanding ergonomics and versatility - are: bread (You make me feel Genuine), fruit and veg (You make me feel Natural), wine (You make me feel Exclusive), pharmacy (You make me feel Healthy), wellness and make-up shop-in-shop (You make me feel Gorgeous), checkouts and food court (You make me feel Lush).

Customers and designers visiting the Cefla stand will also have the support of a virtual configurator, which gives the retailer a 3D view of the store, allowing for “live” creation of their tailor-made projects using the 3x3 modular system (presented as a prototype at the last edition of Euroshop and now fully industrialised).

Great attention has also been paid to the lighting, developed together with Lucifero’s (a Cefla group company specialised in the design and manufacture of lighting fixtures), to offer visitors a stimulating tour that puts them at the centre of the shopping experience.

Last but not least, the stand will also highlight Cefla’s Grow Unit, the high-tech “showcase-cabinet” designed for the indoor cultivation of microgreens. This incorporates an irrigation system and LED lamps developed thanks to the unique know-how of Cefla group company C-LED.
